🔐 Google Cloud Text-to-Speech 設定
安全提醒：Key 不會寫入 HTML 或 GitHub，但這是純前端 BYOK 架構。公用電腦請選「不儲存」。建議在 Google Cloud Console 對 API Key 設定 API 限制，只允許 Cloud Text-to-Speech API。
請先輸入 Google Cloud API Key。
BYOK（Bring Your Own Key）版本：需要使用時才輸入自己的 Google Cloud API Key。可單機開啟 HTML，也可部署到 GitHub Pages。
